Community Grant Applications
Each year, the Literacy Coalition issues a call for applications for community grants. These grants are supported by funds generated by the Literacy Coalition’s annual LCNB Dinner and Auction (formerly PGI).
Eligibility criteria to apply for a grant:
- Be an established literacy group or program, including First Nations
- Have been operating one year or more
- Receive direction from a volunteer board
Organizations who meet these criteria may submit an application for a community grant when the call for applications is opened. Deadlines will be announced at that time.
NOTE: If you receive a grant, you MUST submit a grant report within one (1) year of receiving the grant detailing how the funds were used. If a grant report is not received, a new application for the following year will not be eligible for consideration.
